Dave Thomas is the voice and founder of Servants of Christ ministry.  He is a 1975 graduate of Kentucky Christian University, where he earned both Bachelor of Arts and Master’s degrees in Bible and Ministry.  

After serving the Lord as a Youth & Christian Education Minister, he was ordained into the ministry in 1975 by his Dad, Sheldon Thomas (also a minister and KCU grad), at the First Christian  in Martins Ferry, Ohio.  

Since being ordained, Dave has served the Lord as a traveling Evangelist, preaching, teaching, and singing with his wife, Becky, under the name of “Servants of Christ.”  Under this ministry, Dave has rebuilt five churches and started four others.  He has also served as a Hospice Chaplain and established a Tape/CD Ministry that distributes thousands of free tapes and CDs of the Truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ every year.  In addition, he has produced five weekly one-hour Bible study radio programs. 

​Becky Thomas is a Registered Nurse/Certified Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse who has served Hospice Care, Inc. of West Virginia, as the Director of Long-Term Care Services; Administrator of Medi Home Health & HOSPICE  Boone, North Carolina; and, is now serving terminally ill patients & their families in Hospice Care Plus' Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, Kentucky. She continues to be an advocate for the rights of the terminally ill, having crafted a Bill in the WV Legislature regarding end-of-life care of residents in skilled nursing facilities.  This bill became law on July 1, 2007. Dave and Beck are very proud of their daughters, sons-in-law, and grandsons.
